Here are the answers:

1. No water bottle
2. No Phase 90
3. t.c. Shaker pedal in place of battery box
4. Tube cage on tan MK 5
5. Replaced red Sharpie with green
6. No hair ties on patch cable
7. 7-string swapped with orange 6-string
8. No hair ties on 7-string
10. Power supply moved over to the right

There were actually more than 10 so consider them a bonus if you figured that out.
